The form on the next page allows you to add or edit a venue profile in the RattleHead blackbook. The mission of RattleHead Records is to resurrect the RI music scene, and part of that commitment means that we primarily work with Rhode Island bands and Rhode Island venues. So, all the entries in our blackbook are almost exclusively from the Rhode Island "region".
The information in these profiles (phone#s/address/website/etc) are fed into our advertising system and other related databases... so when we send out a mailing with an event listing, the person receiving it will know everything about the venue possible; not only how to get there, but photos and audio as well.
Venues are also added by the bands themselves, and our listings will reflect their touring patterns. All in all, we are trying to provide you with the most comprehensive (and accurate!) listing of places your favorite bands play. It seems like a brilliantly simple idea, for sure, but its surprisingly difficult to find online nowadays.
