=0DThe Radionics and Mastamindz will perform a =benefit concert this Saturday, 4/7, at the Pinewood Pub in Chepachet, RI. F=riend and fan of The Radionics, Matt Angell lost his life in a tragic car a=ccident a few weeks ago. All proceeds from this concert will go to Matt's f=amily. Tickets are $25. Doors open at 5, The Radionics perform at 8pm.

No one loves rocknroll like The Radionics. B=orn around the dawn of MTV, rock/pop music and culture grabbed them at birt=h and never let go. Now, they are doing the same to fans with their reveren=t but raucous response to the music that shaped their lives.

=0DBlending the most tasteful elements of 60s garage, 70s stone=r rock and 80s new wave, the band puts their influences to good use, invigo=rating them with an extra dose of attitude. Add the sweet, seductive voice =of bassist/vocalist Trace, sizzling vocal harmonies and classy guitar riffs= of sibling SG, and vehement fireworks created by drummer Angelo Franco, an=d its easy to see why they are turning heads and winning over rock aficiona=dos everywhere. Their first two albums enjoyed airplay on both XM and Siriu=s satellite radio, as well as MTVs hit show Made. Having shared the stage w=ith a diverse range of acts (from the Misfits to Mike Doughty) under previo=us moniker Rebecca Nurse, the trio are exceptionally skilled at captivating= a crowd with their highly energetic live show.
